What does sensib mean

Sen Sib means in Thai the 10 energy channels within the human body. Traditional Thai massage uses these energy channels to provide a profound release of mental and physical stress and the same after-exercise “blissed out” feeling of a good yoga class.

What to expect

Previous to your initial treatment, Donna will arrange to meet you for a 15 minute confidential health and lifestyle consultation. Before the treatment itself, your therapist will outline your treatment and after care. If you are having an oil massage, the therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress to an appropriate level and lay on the table, covering yourself with the provided towels. The therapist will then knock before re-entering, and will be happy to adjust your towels, the music playing or intensity of the massage. Alternatively, some therapies are conducted fully clothed and more details can be found on the therapies page.Your comfort, relaxation and health are the most important factors of any therapy.
